- ZENGO Denver - Riverfront Park, Denver CO - part of Richard Sandoval's restaurants across the USA, the menu is amazing and the food is incredible, served tapas style, with great cocktails and a fun "happy hour" bar!

- Black Sheep - Jacksonville FL (5 Points neighborhood) - farm-to-table modern dining and bar, amazing grits!
- Burger21 - various locations - gluten-free buns and fries and sweet potato fries!
- The Conch House - St Augustine FL - seaside seafood restaurant, watch dolphins in the marina while you eat... the best spot in the house is a "treetop" (lookout stand) table!
- Disney World - gluten free options are available at almost every one of their 300+ restaurants throughout the theme parks & Disney Springs - very friendly for everyone with food allergies! See my favorite options - click here
- Fresh Kitchen - various locations - gluten free bowls and drinks - many options are also dairy free, vegan, or no-sugar-added options
- Hyatt Regency Orlando - Orlando FL - the staff here was AMAZING about checking all the gluten-free options served at both buffet and sit-down meals while I attended a conference here and just about everything (with very few exceptions) was safe to eat - many vegetarian options too! One manager even sought me out personally at a reception one evening to let me know that a gluten-free dessert could easily be whipped up in back, just for me!
- MOJO no. 4 Urban Whiskey Bar - Jacksonville FL - gluten-free BBQ and sides
- Restaurant Orsay - Jacksonville FL - amazing Sunday brunch... hope to visit again someday for dinner!
- Taco Bar - Clearwater FL - handmade corn tortillas made fresh daily, melt-in-your-mouth slow-cooked meat, almost everything on the menu is gluten-free!
- Taco Bus - various locations - gluten free Mexican... check out the authentic actual BUS location at 913 E Hillsborough Ave, Tampa FL
- Taco Dirty - Tampa & St Petersburg FL - extremely gluten free friendly tacos and even gluten free chicken nuggets!
- Val's GF Cafe - Boca Raton FL - dedicated gluten free restaurant and bakery, including donuts!
